The check-in process is smooth, and the staff is attentive and polite. The room is comfortable, with a big bathroom and good WiFi. The breakfast is included, and it is delicious. The view from the shared balcony is breathtaking, allowing you to admire the beauty of the city.

Lastly, the breakfast provided was fantastic, with a variety of options including eggs, fresh fruits, and delicious coffee. The attention to detail, from the little touches like candy on the dresser to the friendly and helpful staff, made me feel very welcome and cozy.

Only downside was the early morning street noise, but the hotel provides earplugs.

The location was perfect, right behind the Perla and close to the Malecon and Las Penas. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. we highly recommend Pepe's House for a wonderful stay in Guayaquil!
