This hotel is perfectly located near the Malecon and the beach, making it a great spot for anyone who wants to enjoy a nice walk by the sea. The check-in process is smooth, and the staff is attentive and polite. The room is comfortable, with a big bathroom and good WiFi. The breakfast is included, and it is delicious. The view from the shared balcony is breathtaking, allowing you to admire the beauty of the city.

The lobby and hallway were a bit run down.

the location was fantastic, right next to the river and surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants. Secondly, the room was clean, spacious, and had the most comfy bed I've experienced in Ecuador. Lastly, the breakfast provided was fantastic, with a variety of options including eggs, fresh fruits, and delicious coffee. The attention to detail, from the little touches like candy on the dresser to the friendly and helpful staff, made me feel very welcome and cozy.

Only downside was the early morning street noise, but the hotel provides earplugs.

The spacious, well-lit rooms were a highlight of the weekend. The location was also unbeatable, with popular attractions just a few blocks away. the self-check-in system was convenient and easy to navigate.

Some aspects of the hotel did not meet expectations. The noise level at night was higher than expected, and certain amenities advertised in the pictures were not available.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel that really exceeded my expectations. the value for money was exceptional - I couldn't believe the prices for such a well-maintained and comfortable place. Secondly, the location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed and a great sense of security at night. Lastly, the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and providing me with quick assistance whenever I needed it.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was okay.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The location is unbeatable, with a touristic area right next to the river and plenty of great cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, with a great shower and comfortable bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with excellent service throughout our stay.

Could not be improved in any way. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We enjoyed a comfortable bed and perfect working air-conditioning and wifi. the common areas were well designed, with potable water for refilling our bottles. We appreciated the fast communication and helpfulness of the staff.

The self check-in process was seamless and the communication via WhatsApp was prompt. The room was spacious, filled with natural light, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location near the Malecon and Las Penas made it convenient for exploring the city. Plus, the complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, and toast was delicious.

Street noise during the day could be improved.
